WHERE IS THE NEAREST CAR PARKING?
Official car parking for the concert is still to be confirmed.
Please be aware that unofficial parking operations do take place when major events are on, and the Club advises all spectators to steer clear of these facilities - many operate on private property which can lead to fines and clamping.
HOW DO I ENTER THE VENUE?
General Admission tickets can be used at any gate to enter the stadium, excluding the designated Hospitality gate at the side of Gate 1.
I HAVE A HOPSITALITY TICKET, WHAT TIME CAN I ENTER THE VENUE?

WHERE CAN I GET A TAXI AFTER THE CONCERT?
Taxis will not be permitted to pick up after the concert from either within or immediately outside the ground.
You’ll be able to get a taxi further down Talbot Road or on Warwick Road.
WILL THERE BE ANY ROAD CLOSURES?

Food and Drink
CAN I GET ACCESS TO A BAR THAT IS INDOORS?
You can only get access to bars indoors if you are in receipt of a specified wristband. These are only available to hospitality patrons and guests.
There are many other bars located around the ground at all the stands.
DO YOUR BARS/FOOD VENDORS TAKE CARD?
Yes, our bars and food vendors take cash and card. Please note that some outlets may be card only.
DO YOU HAVE CASH MACHINES ON SITE?
There are a limited number of ATMs on site that may incur a charge.
CAN I BUY ALCOHOL AT THE CONCERT?
Yes, however we will be operating Challenge 25, so please bring identification with you. Forms of accepted ID are Passport, Cards bearing the “Pass” or Photographic Driving Licence.
AM I ALLOWED TO BRING FOOD AND DRINK INTO THE STADIUM?
No food or drink will be permitted into the venue but there will be a wide range of refreshments that are available inside the venue. If any specific food is needed for special dietary requirements a doctor’s note will be requested.
HOW MUCH ARE TICKETS?
General admission tickets are £65.
Reserved seat tickets in Stand E and Stand C lower are priced at £85.
Reserved seat tickets in Stand C Upper are priced at £65 and £85.
WHERE CAN I BUY ACCESSIBLE TICKETS?
To book accessible tickets, you will need to get in touch with Ticketmaster directly. You can book via: www.ticketmaster.co.uk or call 0800 988 4440.
I HAVE A GENERAL ADMISSION TICKET, WHERE CAN I WATCH THE CONCERT?
General admission tickets give you access to the standing area on the pitch and Stand A and Stand B should you wish to sit down.
WHERE ARE THE GENERAL ADMISSION SEATED TICKETS LOCATED?
General admission seating is available in Stand A and Stand B.
WHERE IS THE ACCESSIBLE AREA LOCATED?
There will be a wheelchair platform for spectators in A stand, with accessible seating in B Stand.
Customers in the Accessible Area, for safety reasons, are requested to remain in their seats for a short period of time at the end of the concert, to allow the crowds to depart.
CAN CHILDREN ATTEND?
General Admission – Under 16’s accompanied by 18+, No Under 14’s
Reserved Seats – Under 16’s accompanied by 18+, No Under 5’s

WHERE IS THE HOSPITALITY ENTRANCE?
The hospitality entrance is at Gate 1, located on Talbot Road.
CAN I LEAVE THE VENUE AND RE-ENTER?
No, there will be no pass-outs once you have entered the ground.
WHERE IS THE TICKET OFFICE LOCATED?
The Ticket Office is on the junction of Brian Statham Way and Talbot Road.
WHERE CAN I BUY MERCHANDISE?
There will be a number of official merchandise outlets located inside the venue. We would advise against purchasing any unofficial merchandise outside the venue.
WILL I BE SEARCHED ON ENTRY?
All persons will be searched in line with the procedures in place for safety.
We strongly advised you to minimise the number of items you bring as this will speed up your entry. It is now an offence, punishable by up to 3 months imprisonment, to possess a pyrotechnic, flare or similar device whilst attending, entering or being in a concert venue. Anyone in possession of these or any other prohibited items may be refused entry and the items confiscated.
CAN I BRING IN AN UMBRELLA IF IT IS RAINING?
Unfortunately not. Umbrellas are on the list of prohibited items for safety reasons and so that they don’t block the viewing of the concerts for your fellow fans. We therefore advise you to pay attention to the weather forecast and dress appropriately for the expected conditions.
