Downloading Your Tickets

Your tickets will be distributed to you via the Lancashire Cricket Tickets app. If you have not used this app previously, you will need to download it from your relevant smartphone app store.

Once you have downloaded the app, please enter your e-mail address at the log in screen (this must exactly match the email address that is receiving this message) and you will receive an email verification code to confirm your email address.

Your tickets will automatically appear once you have logged in. If all of the attendees within your party are all arriving at the ground at the same time, you are more than welcome to retain all of the tickets on one single device to be scanned when entering the ground. Alternatively, you can also transfer each individual ticket to each attendee’s email address so that they have their own tickets on their own devices. They will need to download the app on their own smartphone and ensure they are logging in using the same email address that has been used for the ticket transfer.

If you download your tickets using the portal, you will have been advised of these instructions separately.

Hospitality Event Timings

Timings are for hospitality guests, hotel residents should refer to the hotel residents section.

9am - Gates Open; Hospitality suites open

9am – 10.45am - Breakfast service (subject to suite/package)

11am – Start of play

1pm – Break; Lunch served (subject to suite/package)

1.40pm - Play resumes

3.40pm – Interval; Afternoon Tea served (subject to suite/package)

4pm - Play resumes

6pm – Scheduled close of play

Timings are subject to change.

Hospitality Closing: Bar closes 30 minutes after close of play and suite closes 60 mins after the close of play, unless adverse weather delays play.

Entry 

Executive Box, Boardroom, Bumble's Legend Lounge, Club Suite, Emirates Business Lounge guests - Please enter via the designated hospitality entrance at gate 1 (off Talbot Road). On entry, please make your way to the Pavilion Reception where our event staff will direct you to your suite.

Century Lounge, Captains Club & Engage guests - Please enter via the designated hospitality entrance at gate 15 (off Talbot Road). On entry, please make your way to the Point where our event staff will direct you to your suite.

Hilton Garden Inn Boxes & Hilton Garden Inn Terrace guests, and Hilton Garden Inn Residents - Please enter via the Hotel reception (off Brian Statham Way). On entry, please make your way to the the Hilton Garden Inn hotel reception where our event staff will direct you to your suite.

Corinthian Sports Pegasus Lounge guests - Please enter via gate 5 (Brian Statham Way).

Dietary Requirements and Parking Requests

The deadline has now passed for submitting dietary requirements and parking requests.

Hilton Garden Inn Residents - Overnight Stays

Check-in/Check-out:

• Check-in for Day One ticket buyers - Tuesday 20 August from 3.00pm onwards
• Check-in Days 2,3 and 4 – We will endeavour to get all guests checked in by start of play at 11.00am
• Check-out for all guests is strictly prior to 8.00am, if play is still due to commence that day

Please note - Due to space restrictions there will be no luggage holding facilities and we cannot offer breakfast on your day of arrival.

Car Parking:

We strongly advise that you use public transport as parking in the hotel car park is heavily restricted. 

All cars will need to be off site by 07.45am on day of check out. We will not be able to accept any new arrivals into the car park until 08:00 and will only have a 45 minute window to park.  

Brian Statham Way will be closed from 08.45am with no vehicular movement allowed. It will reopen under a soft road closure at 11.30am before closing again at 17.30pm until 19.00pm. Cars attempting to enter outside of these times will need to seek alternative parking options. All timings are subject to change.

Unrestricted car parking is available at Manchester United N3 or alternative car parking can be found on YourParkingSpace - Find & Book Hourly, Daily & Monthly Parking

Food and Drink:

Breakfast on Days 1 to 3 - served in The Garden Grille and Bar (6.00am - 10.00am)

Breakfast on Day 4 and 5 - served in The Edge (6.00am - 10.00am)

Room Service / The Garden Grille and Bar - available every day during the Test Match (2.00pm - 10.00pm)

The Edge Restaurant - available on Day 4 and 5 only (5.00pm - 10.00pm)

Guests staying in our pitch-facing bedrooms will have access to the food and beverage concessions in our Fan Village. 

Dress Code

The dress code for our hospitality suites is smart casual. Please dress appropriately for the event, smart jeans, trousers, tailored shorts, smart trainers and collared shirts are all acceptable. We request that football shirts are not worn within the hospitality suites.

If you are travelling via the Metrolink, the Old Trafford stop is located directly behind Emirates Old Trafford and is just a two-minute walk away from the front gates.

Seating

During the match, you will have designated seating attached to your hospitality suite. If you are unsure as to where your seats are located, please speak to one of our friendly members of staff.

Century Lounge, Captains Club & Garden Inn Terrace hospitality clients will have the choice of standing viewing or unreserved seating area. If you are unsure of where your seating is please ask a member of staff.
