Hospitality Client Guide

Your tickets will be distributed to you via the Lancashire Cricket Tickets app. If you have not used this app previously, you will need to download it from your relevant smartphone app store.

Once you have downloaded the app, please enter your e-mail address at the log in screen (this must exactly match the email address that is receiving this message) and you will then receive a verification code to confirm your email address.

Your tickets will automatically appear in the app once you have logged in. If all of the attendees within your party are all arriving at the ground at the same time, you are more than welcome to retain all of the tickets on one device to be scanned when entering the ground. Alternatively, you can transfer each individual ticket to each attendee so that they have their own tickets on their own devices.

Hospitality Suites Open: 13:00

Event Timings:

13:00 – Ticket entry points open and arrival refreshments (subject to suite/package)

13:00 to 14:30 - Main food served (subject to suite/package)

14:30 – Start of play

15:45 – Interval; Refreshment (subject to suite/package)

16:00 – Second innings                 

17:15 – Close of play

Hospitality Closes: 30 mins after the close of play

Executive Boxes and Vitality Blast Package - please enter via our Pavilion Reception where our event staff will direct you to your suite.

*Dietary requirements must be advised no later than 5 working days prior to the match. Any requests received after this cannot be guaranteed, however we will do our best to accommodate.

The dress code for our hospitality suites is smart casual, no football colours.

Manchester Piccadilly, and Victoria both have access to The Metrolink, that will take you directly to the ground.

By Metrolink:

If you are travelling via the Metrolink, the Old Trafford stop is located directly behind Emirates Old Trafford and is just a two-minute walk away from the front gates.

During the match you will have designated seating attached to your hospitality suite. If you are unsure as to where your seats are located, please speak to one of our friendly members of staff.

All our hospitality suites have lift access.

If you require assistance on the day, please speak to one of our friendly stewards.

Toilet facilities are easily accessible throughout the ground. Toilets are available adjacent to the hospitality suites.

If you have any trouble locating these facilities, please speak to one of our friendly stewards who will be more than happy to point you in the right direction.
