"My husband and I have just spent a wonderful SIX nights watching the Ashes match from the balcony of our pitch facing hotel room. Everything about the experience was exceptional, the quality of the room, views, delicious food hampers, breakfast and not forgetting the fantastic and thoughtful management team and staff. Overall a really lovely memorable time. A big thank you to you all. We are looking to repeat the experience next year when England play Pakistan in their test series at Emirates Old Trafford and again stay the six nights in a pitch facing room."

"We have just returned home from an absolutely fantastic weekend at your hotel enjoying hospitality at the West Indies v New Zealand game. I just wanted to let you all know what a great job all the staff have done and what an excellent service you all provided over this weekend. We were blown away from start to finish, we have been very fortunate to have sampled quite a few sporting hospitality fixtures from cricket, horse racing and boxing, but the package we had this weekend has been the best we have ever experienced and you should all be very proud of the service you provide, the staff are a credit to the hotel with nothing too much trouble for anyone that we spoke to. We enjoyed it so much that we would love to return for the semi final on Tuesday 9 July subject to us juggling work!! Once again thank you for an unforgettable weekend.

"Crikey, I've never stayed at a better hotel! Admittedly I am a cricket fan, but to be basically on the pitch at Old Trafford, on my balcony, was an honour to say the least. There wasn't any cricket on the oval, but who cares! Just to be there was amazing. Every cricket fan should experience this hotel - the staff, service, food and cleanliness were at five star Hilton standards, but the balcony! Come on, you've got to stay here!"

"All staff, including Alexis and Lottie at reception as well as Valdo, Naomi and Olivia in the dining area were excellent and very helpful. I should also mention the pre-booking process and how good Shani was in meeting all our requirements. She made the whole process easy and made sure our requirements of rooms close together was achieved as well as selection of specific rooms. She is a great asset to the Hilton team.”

“I feel I just have to tell you (again) what an amazing brilliant time we had at the India v England game on 3 July. It ranks as one of the highlights of my life. Everyone at the hotel that we encountered were just wonderful: kind, good humoured, efficient. You have an excellent poached egg maker there, and the breakfast staff were so lovely and cheerful, in what must be at times, trying circumstances. We really didn't want to leave at checkout time, and during our four hour journey back home, just talked constantly about the things we did, the things we saw, the little touches that people did to make our stay so special. And all that is without the brilliant cricket of course!! And even that was made even more brilliant by our view from the room, oh it was just lovely!!"

“I and my colleague stayed at Hilton Garden Inn Manchester Old Trafford on 19th March 2018 and I must admit that it is by far my best experience of hotel stay in Manchester till date. You are greeted by a smiling receptionist who seems always willing to help you. No matter if the shift is changed and you come across different receptionist, the level of service remains high. Rooms are cosy. There was an office desk with ergonomic chair. Plenty of in room coffee and tea. Iron with stand and hair dryer as usual. Room was sound proof (I stayed in room 524 on fifth floor with city view), temperature perfect and bathroom very good. In the morning we were offered complimentary breakfast as Hilton Honors guest. Plenty of options including hot waffle. Over all I will rate it as the best hotel in the Manchester.”
