Emirates Old Trafford was delighted to welcome Team GB to the venues on-site Hilton Garden Inn hotel on Saturday following their return from the Paris Olympics.
Team GB stayed on-site and were hosted for a reception in The Edge restaurant ahead of their homecoming event at the AO Arena in Manchester on Saturday evening.
The Edge restaurant is located in Emirates Old Trafford’s new development which was opened last year and also saw the Hilton Garden Inn extended by a further 100 bedrooms, taking the hotel to a total capacity of 250-bedrooms and completing the stadiums decade-long redevelopment.
Saturday’s homecoming event was a celebration of the athletes’ achievements in Paris after Great Britain finished seventh in the medal table with 14 gold, 22 silver and 29 bronze medals.
