Foo Fighters Hospitality Client Guide

Your tickets will be delivered through our Lancashire Cricket Tickets app.

If you have not used the Lancashire Cricket Tickets app previously, you will need to download it from the app store relevant to your device and log in to the app using the e-mail address that has received this notification. When logging in, you will receive an e-mail with a six digit security code that you will need to enter within the app. Please make sure that you check your spam/junk folder for this e-mail when attempting to log in. Your tickets will automatically appear after this point, with the facility to retain all of the tickets on your own device, or transfer the tickets within the app to other guests via their e-mail address.

If you purchased your hospitality package via Ticketmaster you will be contacted by Ticketmaster with details on how to download your tickets into the Ticketmaster App.

17:30 to 19:00 - Food is served (subject to suite/package)

Time TBC - Support act

21:30- Late night snack (subject to suite/package)

22:30 - Latest curfew (please note this may be earlier)

Hospitality bars close - 30 minutes after the last song

Hospitality suites close - 30 minutes after the bars close

The Hospitality ticket entry is via Gate 15 on Talbot Road.

Then proceed to your designated reception to receive your wristband and to check in the hospitality suite as below:

Executive Boxes, Diamond & Gold Package – Enter via Pavilion Reception

Bronze Hotel Terrace – Enter via the Hotel Reception

Corinthian Pegasus Lounge – Enter via the Hotel Reception

Please be advised that the deadline has now passed for submitting dietary requirements for the Foo Fighters concert on Saturday 15 June.

Access by train:

Manchester Piccadilly and Manchester Victoria both have access to the Metrolink, that will take you directly to the ground.

Greater Manchester has an extensive bus network operated by different commercial bus companies. The individual operators will always have the latest information about your service.

If you are travelling via the Metrolink, the Old Trafford Metrolink station is located directly behind Emirates Old Trafford and is just a two-minute walk away from the Hospitality Gate.

During the event, you will have designated seating or standing area as part of your hospitality package. If you are unsure where your viewing is located, please speak to one of our friendly members of staff.

All our hospitality suites have lift access. If you require assistance on the day, please speak to one of our friendly stewards.

Toilets are available adjacent to each of the hospitality suites and are easily accessible throughout the ground. If you have any trouble locating these facilities, please speak to one of our friendly stewards who will be more than happy to point you in the right direction.
