Roses T20 Hotel Guest Guide

Your tickets will be distributed to you via the Lancashire Cricket Tickets app. If you have not used this app previously, you will need to download it from your relevant smartphone app store.

Once you have downloaded the app, please enter your e-mail address at the log in screen (this must exactly match the email address that is receiving this message) and you will receive an email verification code to confirm your email address.

Your tickets will automatically appear once you have logged in. If all of the attendees within your party are all arriving at the ground at the same time, you are more than welcome to retain all of the tickets on one single device to be scanned when entering the ground. Alternatively, you can also transfer each individual ticket to each attendee’s email address so that they have their own tickets on their own devices. They will need to download the app on their own smartphone and ensure they are logging in using the same email address that has been used for the ticket transfer.

Wristbands

Wristbands will be issued during check-in and these will be needed to gain access to and from the hotel, and through security check points. We will be hotel residents only throughout the Roses T20 (sadly, non-residents will not be permitted access to the hotel). Your wristband should be worn at all times and if lost, it won’t be replaced. 

Bedrooms

A reminder that no glass is permitted on the bedroom balconies.

Bedroom balconies are only for the number of guests booked in allocated room. Security during the match will highlight the bedroom balconies that have more guests than the allocated number and these guests may be asked to leave.

Bag searches

Bag searches will be in operation upon arrival at the ground and will continue throughout the match day, so that we may provide a safe and secure environment for you.

Additional stays

If you have booked an additional night stay seperately via our Hilton Hotel, please make sure you notify [email protected] of your matchday room booking so they can assist in linking the bookings.

Check-in: from 1.30pm

We will endeavour to get you checked in before play starts, however alternative viewing will be provided if not available.

Check-out: 12pm

We strongly recommend that guests utilise the public transport options nearby to avoid any delays arriving or departing from the venue.

If you require car parking, this will be accessible through Gate 1 on Talbot Road.

There will be no vehicle movement during ingress from 6pm to 7pm and egress from 9:30pm – 10.15pm as Talbot Road will be closed to vehicles, so we advise that guests arrive before 6pm.

Please note that these times are subject to change.

The Edge will not be available for match days.

Breakfast will be served from 7am to 11am.

The Garden Grille will be serving food throughout the day from 3pm to 10pm and room service will be available between 5pm to 10pm.

If you are travelling via the Metrolink, the Old Trafford stop is located directly behind Emirates Old Trafford and is just a two-minute walk away from the front gates.
