Roses T20 Hospitality Client Guide

Your tickets will be distributed to you via the Lancashire Cricket Tickets app. If you have not used this app previously, you will need to download it from your relevant smartphone app store.

Once you have downloaded the app, please enter your e-mail address at the log in screen (this must exactly match the email address that is receiving this message) and you will receive an email verification code to confirm your email address.

Your tickets will automatically appear once you have logged in. If all of the attendees within your party are all arriving at the ground at the same time, you are more than welcome to retain all of the tickets on one single device to be scanned when entering the ground. Alternatively, you can also transfer each individual ticket to each attendee’s email address so that they have their own tickets on their own devices. They will need to download the app on their own smartphone and ensure they are logging in using the same email address that has been used for the ticket transfer.

3pm - Women’s game starts

4.15pm – 4.30pm - Interval

5.45pm - Scheduled end of play

5.45pm – 6.45pm - Main food service (subject to suite / package)

7pm - Men’s game starts

8.15pm – 8.30pm - Interval

9.45pm - Scheduled end of play

Hospitality Bar Closes: 30 minutes after close of play

Hospitality Suite Closes: 60 minutes after close of play

Executive Suites

There's a dedicated hospitality entrance at Gate 1, but guests can enter via any gate.

Executive Boxes, Pavilion Suite and Legend's Lounge guests - There is a dedicated hospitality entrance at Gate 1, but you are able to enter via any gate. Once onsite please make your way to Pavilion Reception where our event staff will direct you to your suite.

Century Lounge guests - There is a dedicated hospitality entrance at Gate 1, but you are able to enter via any gate. Once onsite please make your way to Pavilion Reception where our event staff will direct you to your suite.

Hotel Terrace / Jimmy Bar's guests - Please enter via the Hotel reception (Do not enter via gate entry points, please make your way to the Hotel reception directly off Brian Statham Way).

Corinthian Sports guests - Please enter via Gate 5 off Brian Statham Way.

Bag search - Bag searches will be in operation at the entry gate points. Bags are restricted to one per person and should be no bigger than standard ruck sack size (45x30x30cm or 18x12x12 inches), so that it may fit comfortably under your seat.

Please submit requests 10 days prior to the match - any requests made after this cut-off will not be guaranteed. 

Parking is not guaranteed, however we will endeavour to organise you and your party parking spaces.

The dress code for our hospitality suites is smart casual. Please dress appropriately for the event, smart jeans, trousers, tailored shorts, smart trainers and collared shirts are all acceptable. We request that football colours are not worn within the hospitality suites.

By Metrolink:

If you are travelling via the Metrolink, the Old Trafford stop is located directly behind Emirates Old Trafford and is just a two-minute walk away from the front gates.

Century Lounge - Unreserved designated seating or elevated standing on The Point balcony.

Legends Lounge - you will have designated seats on the Pavilion balcony. 

Pavilion Suite Package - you will have designated seats on the Pavilion balcony. 

Executive Boxes - you will have x10 designated outdoor seats on your private balcony and x4 indoor seats inside your suite.

Boardroom - you will have x12 balcony seats and x8 high-stool seating remained seating internal.

Hotel Terrace / Jimmy's Bar - you will have a mix of informal furniture and standing area.
