Hospitality Client Guide

You can download your tickets from The Hundred website as well as display them in The Hundred app.

You can then either print them off on white paper or load them onto your mobile phone for scanning. You must login using your Hundred account and the same email details that the booking is held.

Please note the function to print your tickets will be available two weeks before the tournament starts.

13:30 – Gates open

13:30 – 15:00 – Arrival refreshments (subject to suite/ package)

15:00 – Start of play (women’s)

16:05 – Interval

16:20 – Play resumes

17:25 – Scheduled end of play

17:30 – 18:30 – Food service (subject to suite/ package)

18:30 – Start of play (men’s)

19:35 – Interval and dessert served (subject to suite/ package)

19:50 – Play resumes

20:55 – Scheduled end of play

Hospitality bar closes: 30 minutes after the close of play

Hospitality suite closes: 60 minutes after the close of play

Pavilion Package and Executive Box guests - Please enter via our Pavilion Reception where our event staff will direct you to your suite.

Guests of Corinthians (Pegasus Lounge) - Please make your way to The Edge restaurant on entry.

Guests of Howarth Timber - Please make your way to The Point reception on entry.

If you or anyone in you party have dietary requirements or parking requests, please fill the below form out.  

Pavilion Package and Executive Box guests - Parking is not included due to limited space on-site but please submit the below form if parking is required and we will endeavour to assist. 

Corinthians and guests of Howarth Timber - You don't need to submit any dietary requirments or parking requests. This should be done direct with respective companies.

Please submit any requests 10 days prior to the match - any requests made after this cut-off will not be guaranteed.

The dress code for our hospitality suites is smart casual. Please dress appropriately for the event, smart jeans, trousers, tailored shorts, smart trainers and collared shirts are all acceptable. We request that football shirts are not worn within the hospitality suites.

Manchester Piccadilly, and Victoria both have access to The Metrolink, that will take you directly to the ground.

Due to the closure of the Altrincham line, please make alternative travel arrangements.

During the match you will have designated seating attached to your hospitality suite. If you are unsure as to where your seats are located, please speak to one of our friendly members of staff.

All our hospitality suites have lift access.

If you require assistance on the day, please speak to one of our friendly stewards.

Toilet facilities are easily accessible throughout the ground. Toilets are available adjacent to the hospitality suites.

If you have any trouble locating these facilities, please speak to one of our friendly stewards who will be more than happy to point you in the right direction.
