Downloading Your Tickets

IMPORTANT INFORMATION: We are just getting your tickets ready. In preparation please download the Lancashire cricket ticket app, using the same email as this information has been delivered and we will update you when your tickets are ready.

Your tickets will be distributed to you via the Lancashire Cricket Tickets app. If you have not used this app previously, you will need to download it from your relevant smartphone app store.

Once you have downloaded the app, please enter your e-mail address at the log in screen (this must exactly match the email address that is receiving this message) and you will receive an email verification code to confirm your email address.

Your tickets will automatically appear once you have logged in. If all of the attendees within your party are all arriving at the ground at the same time, you are more than welcome to retain all of the tickets on one single device to be scanned when entering the ground. Alternatively, you can also transfer each individual ticket to each attendee’s email address so that they have their own tickets on their own devices. They will need to download the app on their own smartphone and ensure they are logging in using the same email address that has been used for the ticket transfer.

If you download your tickets using the portal, you will have been advised of these instructions separately.

Wristbands

Wristbands will be issued during check-in and these will be needed to gain access to and from the hotel, and through security check points. We will be hotel residents only throughout matchday (sadly, no non-residents will be permitted access to the hotel). Your wristband should be worn at all times and if lost, it won’t be replaced. 

Bedrooms

A reminder that no glass is permitted on the bedroom balconies.

Bedroom balconies are only for the number of guests booked in allocated room. Security during the match will highlight the bedroom balconies that have more guests than the allocated number and these guests may be asked to leave.

General Notice

Please note balconies have two chairs and tables not guaranteed.

Bag searches

Bag searches will be in operation upon arrival at the ground and will continue throughout the match day, so that we may provide a safe and secure environment for you.

Additional stays

If you have booked an additional night stay seperately via our Hilton Hotel, please make sure you notify [email protected] of your matchday room booking so they can assist in linking the bookings.

Premium Package customers

Check in - Friday 3 July from 3pm

Standard Package customers

Check in - Saturday 4 July from 12.30pm

We will endeavour to have all guests checked-in prior to the start of play, however this is not guaranteed. In the event your room is not ready, we will provide alternative viewing until this is available.

Check-out for all hotel guests is strictly 12pm.

For guests of the Premium Package, dinner will commence in The Edge at 7pm on Friday 3 July.

Your name will be on the guest lists, please make your way to The Edge at 7pm.

Parking restrictions will be in place for Saturday 4 July.

Hotel guests do not need to book parking at the venue. If you require car parking, this will be accessible through Gate 1 on Talbot Road.

We strongly recommend that guests utilise the public transport options nearby to avoid any delays arriving or departing from the venue.

If you arrive during the closure time, parking in the nearby area can be found at http://bit.ly/4uN1UX7 and charges will apply.

There will be no vehicle movement during ingress from 1.30pm to 2.30pm and egress from 5pm to 6.30pm as Talbot Road will be closed to vehicles, so we advise guests to arrive at 12.30pm.

Please note that these times are subject to change.

Breakfast

Premium Package guests - Breakfast will be served on 4 July 7am to 10am and on 5 July 7am to 11am. 

Standard Package guests - Breakfast will be served on 5 July 7am to 11am (please note - breakfast is only included on 5 July).

If you wish to dine with us in the evening of the game, The Garden Grille will be open for dinner service between 5pm and 10pm each day.

Please note, there will no access to The Edge during the match.
