Downloading Your Tickets

IMPORTANT INFORMATION: We are just getting your tickets ready. In preparation please download the Lancashire cricket ticket app, using the same email as this information has been delivered and we will update you when your tickets are ready.

Your tickets will be distributed to you via the Lancashire Cricket Tickets app. If you have not used this app previously, you will need to download it from your relevant smartphone app store.

Once you have downloaded the app, please enter your e-mail address at the log in screen (this must exactly match the email address that is receiving this message) and you will receive an email verification code to confirm your email address.

Your tickets will automatically appear once you have logged in. If all of the attendees within your party are all arriving at the ground at the same time, you are more than welcome to retain all of the tickets on one single device to be scanned when entering the ground. Alternatively, you can also transfer each individual ticket to each attendee’s email address so that they have their own tickets on their own devices. They will need to download the app on their own smartphone and ensure they are logging in using the same email address that has been used for the ticket transfer.

If you download your tickets using the portal, you will have been advised of these instructions separately.

Wristbands

Wristbands will be issued during check-in and these will be needed to gain access to and from the hotel, and through security check points. We will be hotel residents only throughout the Test Match (sadly, no non-residents will be permitted access to the hotel). Your wristband should be worn at all times and if lost, it won’t be replaced. 

Bedrooms

A reminder that no glass is permitted on the bedroom balconies.

Bedroom balconies are only for the number of guests booked in allocated room. Security during the match will highlight the bedroom balconies that have more guests than the allocated number and these guests may be asked to leave.

Bag searches

Bag searches will be in operation upon arrival at the ground and will continue throughout the match day, so that we may provide a safe and secure environment for you. 

Day 1 Guests - check-in is on Tuesday 22 July from 3pm.

Days 2 - 4 Guests - check-in is on your booked day of the test match.

We will endeavour to have all guests checked-in prior to the start of play on your selected day of the test, however this is not guaranteed.

Check-out for all hotel guests is strictly 8am. However, if the test match finishes on the day you are spectating then guests can check-out at 11am the following day.

Hotel guests do not need to book parking at the venue.

The below restrictions will be in place on 23 – 27 July, therefore not affecting Tuesday 22 July.

We strongly recommend that guests utilise the public transport options nearby to avoid any delays arriving or departing from the venue.

If you require car parking, you will need to arrive and depart before 09:30am as Talbot Road and Brian Statham Way will be closed to vehicles from 09:30am and won’t reopen until 11:00am. To gain access to the Hotel Parking you will need to approach the road closure and your name will be on the entry list.

If you arrive during the closure time of 09:30am – 11:00am parking in the nearby area can be found at https://www.yourparkingspace.co.uk/ and charges will apply.

There will also be no vehicle movement during egress from 17:45pm – 18:45pm as both Talbot Road and Brian Statham Way will be closed to vehicles. Please note that these times are subject to change based on the state of play.

Breakfast is not included on your day of check-in. However, breakfast will be served in The Garden Grille between 06:00am and 10:00am each day.

If you wish to dine with us in the evening, The Garden Grille will be open for dinner service between 17:00pm and 22:00pm each day.
