Hospitality Client Guide

You can download your tickets from The Hundred website as well as display them in The Hundred app.

You can then either print them off on white paper or load them onto your mobile phone for scanning. We would encourage you to have both options prepared in advance of attending.

Please note the function to print your tickets will be available two weeks before the tournament starts.

Gates Open: 1:00pm

Match Start: 2:30pm

1:00pm - Gates open; Suite open

1:00pm - 2:30pm - Arrival refreshments (subject to suite/package)

2:30pm - Start of play (Women’s)

3:35pm - Interval

3:50pm - Second innings                 

4:55pm - Close of play

5:00pm – 6:00pm - Food service (subject to suite/package)

6:00pm - Start of play (Men’s)

7:05pm - Interval; Late match refreshments (subject to suite/package)

7:20pm - Second innings

8:25pm - Close of play

Hospitality bar closes: 30mins after the close of play

Hospitality suite closes: 60mins after the close of play

Century Club and Executive Box Packages - please enter via our Pavilion Reception where our event staff will direct you to your suite.

The Hundred Club - please enter via The Point reception

Sage guests - please enter via the Pavilion reception

Please note - You will be asked for your file number on the below form. This can be found on your booking confirmation, sent by our ticketing system when you made your hospitality booking. 

(Due to a technical issue the form may not display a thank you message upon clicking submit. However, if you have completed all the fields and clicked the submit button you can be rest assured, we have received your details. We apologise for any inconvenience.)

*Dietary requirements must be advised no later than 5 working days prior to the match. Any requests received after this cannot be guaranteed, however we will do our best to accommodate.

The dress code for our hospitality suites is smart casual, no football colours.

Greater Manchester's rail connections mean it's easy to get here.

Manchester Piccadilly, and Victoria both have access to The Metrolink, that will take you directly to the ground.

By Metrolink:

If you are travelling via the Metrolink, the Old Trafford stop is located directly behind Emirates Old Trafford and is just a two-minute walk away from the front gates.

During the match you will have designated seating attached to your hospitality suite. If you are unsure as to where your seats are located, please speak to one of our friendly members of staff.

All our hospitality suites have lift access.

If you require assistance on the day, please speak to one of our friendly stewards.

Toilet facilities are easily accessible throughout the ground. Toilets are available adjacent to the hospitality suites.

If you have any trouble locating these facilities, please speak to one of our friendly stewards who will be more than happy to point you in the right direction.
