EMIRATES OLD TRAFFORD has strengthened its ongoing relationship with Chester-based digital agency, Prodo Digital, by launching a new website, emiratesoldtrafford.co.uk, for its conference and events business.
The project comes shortly after the completion of a comprehensive research and delivery process of a new cricket website earlier in the year for Lancashire County Cricket Club.
For the first time, the online service provided by Emirates Old Trafford harmonises with the hallmark level of service provided during delivery of its events. An example of this is the impressive ‘perfect venue tool’ that updates in real-time as customers refine their event requirements.
Alongside dynamic tools, the site also gives an immersive product experience by providing the user with various media types, designed to answer the questions that were identified during the buyer research process for each individual space at Emirates Old Trafford.
Now that Prodo Digital have completed the delivery of both projects for Emirates Old Trafford, the focus of their three-year partnership will turn towards the continued service: generating and increasing revenue via the use of the two sites.
Daniel Gidney, Chief Executive at Lancashire County Cricket Club, said: “We have been working diligently with Prodo over the last eight months to completely overhaul our digital presence both for the cricket and conference and events aspects of our business.
“We recently launched our new-look cricket website which has proved to be a big hit with our supporters who can now follow our cricket matches in real-time.
“Our new C&E website now reflects the high end, versatile spaces we offer for the market place and brings an aesthetic consistency with the new cricket site.”
Paul Earnden, Head of Consultancy at Prodo Digital added: “Partnering with Emirates Old Trafford was an exciting opportunity for many reasons. Alongside the fact that our team are cricket-crazy, Emirates Old Trafford are top-level service providers and our partnership allows us to carry that level of service through to their online presence.
“The launch of the two website projects is just start of our partnership with Emirates Old Trafford. We’re about to step into our next phase of the partnership that will allow us to focus on increasing the revenue of both brands.”
The new-look website is now live and can be viewed by visiting www.emiratesoldtrafford.co.uk
