WHEN WILL TICKETS GO ON SALE?

Tickets went on general sale on Friday 10 November at 9.30am via Ticketmaster and See Tickets.

HOW MANY TICKETS CAN I BUY?

During the general sale, a maximum of 8 tickets per person and per household applies.

Tickets in excess of this will be cancelled.

Please note that the Venue will not be selling any GA, seating or accessible tickets, these are only available via ticket agents.

TICKETMASTER - PROMOTER T&C's

1. This ticket is a personal, revocable license and, at all times, remains the property of the Promoters. This ticket must be surrendered to the Promoters upon request.

2. This ticket is sold on behalf of the Promoters to the Consumer. Business or traders are specifically prohibited from purchasing for this event. Any who do so will have their tickets cancelled.

3. Ticket resale is permitted at no more than the price you paid (face value + booking fee). Please only use Ticketmaster's Fan-Fan Ticket Exchange.  Selling tickets through unauthorised resale platforms will breach our T&Cs and those tickets may be cancelled.

4. Ticket sales are limited to 8 per household, per show. Only tickets purchased through approved agents are valid. The venue reserves the right to refuse admission.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I CAN NO LONGER USE MY TICKET?

If you can no longer use your tickets, you may resell them through authorised resale sites only. You may not resell or offer to resell tickets for this event through any unauthorised resale site.

Any tickets purchased, resold, or offered for resale in breach of these special conditions may be cancelled.

ARE CHILDREN ALLOWED TO ATTEND?

Pitch Standing: No under 14s, under 16s must be accompanied by an adult 18+.

Reserved Seats: Under 16s accompanied by an adult 18+. No children 5 or under.

WILL I GET SEARCHED?

All persons will be searched in line with the procedures in place for your safety. For a list of prohibited items please see Conditions of Entry, Clause 7 here. Please note that water will not be permitted into the stadium, there will be drinking water points located around the stadium.

Bottled water may be permitted in the event of extreme heat, subject to a decision by the venue safety management.

We strongly advise that you minimise the number of items you bring as this will speed up your entry. It is now an offence, punishable by up to 3 months imprisonment, to possess a pyrotechnic, flare or similar device whilst attending, entering or being in a concert venue. Anyone in possession of these or any other prohibited items may be refused entry and the items confiscated. Everyone will be searched on entrance to the concert, and we are asking that people don’t bring bags to the event if possible.

CAN I BRING A BAG?

To speed up your entry, we are asking that people do not bring a bag to the event if possible. If you need to bring a bag, this must be no bigger than A4 in size and will be searched.

Anything listed on our prohibited items will be confiscated before entry and any bags bigger than A4 will not be permitted into the stadium.

Any cameras will need to fit into a small bag no bigger than A4. We do not recommend bringing any large/expensive kit to the concert.

CAN I BRING A PORTABLE BATTERY CHARGER?

Yes, portable battery chargers will be permitted at this event.

WHAT ARE THE PROHIBITED ITEMS?

Any objects or clothing bearing political statements or commercial identification intended for ambush marketing, large flags, banners, rattles, fireworks, flares, pyrotechnics, air horns, musical instruments, klaxons, smoke canisters, laser pointers, bottles, glasses, cans, cooking devices, poles, knives, blades and other articles or containers.

CAN I BRING FOOD AND DRINK?

Liquids are not normally permitted to be brought on site. Bottled water may be permitted in the event of extreme heat, subject to a decision by the venue safety management. No other food or drink will be permitted into the venue, but there will be a wide range of refreshments that are available inside the venue. Water points are also available around the ground.

If any specific food is needed for special dietary requirements a doctor’s note will be required on entry.

CAN I BUY ALCOHOL AT THE CONCERT?

Yes, there will be multiple bars situated around site serving alcoholic and soft drinks. We will be operating Challenge 25, so please bring identification with you. Forms of accepted ID are Passport, Cards bearing the “Pass” or Photographic Driving Licence.

CAN I BRING WATER AND SUNCREAM?

Suncream will be permitted. Bottled water may be permitted in the event of extreme heat, subject to a decision by the venue safety management.

CAN I BRING IN AN UMBRELLA?

Unfortunately, umbrellas are on the list of prohibited items for safety reasons and so they don’t block the viewing experience of fellow fans. We therefore advise you to pay particular attention to the weather forecast and dress appropriately for the expected conditions.

I HAVE A GENERAL ADMISSION TICKET, WHERE CAN I WATCH THE CONCERT FROM?

Pitch standing and unreserved seats will be available in Stand A and Stand B.

CAN I PARK MY BIKE ON SITE?

No bikes will be allowed into any ticketed areas of the site.

ARE THERE ANY BUSES OR METROLINK SERVICES?

A full Metrolink service will be in operation to and from Manchester City Centre.

HOW CAN I BUY ACCESSIBLE TICKETS?

All accessible tickets available to buy online through ticketmaster.co.uk/search?q=green+day 

Please search for this event within their site and select your dedicated ticket type.

Accessible Viewing Platform tickets will give you access to the wheelchair platform plus a seat for 1 carer.

Ambulant accessible tickets are also available - these do not give access to the wheelchair platform but do include 1 free carer ticket.

NB: These tickets are in high demand and likely to sell out quickly.

CAN I GET ACCESS TO A BAR THAT IS INDOORS?

Only if you are in receipt of a specified wristband. These are only available to hospitality patrons and guests.

WHERE CAN I BUY MERCHANDISE?

There will be a number of official merchandise outlets located at various points inside the venue. We would advise against purchasing any unofficial merchandise outside the venue.

Polite notice: Please note, merchandise sales will stop before the end of the concert.
